Oh Im upset. So my car door was hit by someone in November. Using her insurance, I got my car into the shop in Feb. they had to replace the entire door and said it would take a week. I call the next week, “itll be ready beginning of next week”… i call every week and get the same thing. I finally get my car back five weeks after I took it in. Massive inconvenience but shit happens. They lost my antenna and threw trash and old parts into the car and didnt bother to take them out. The door clicks when I close it as if its being bent out of shape. THEN. Months later…. Im cleaning my car today and find that the door must be completely off frame because the back driver’s side is full of mold. So now I have to get a broken seal or frame fixed and pay for a detailer to ozone my car. Im pissed off. This shouldnt have been at any expense to me.

Very disappointed with Maguire Toyota. We bought an electric car from Steve, and the sales manager, Nikki Burdick, promised us we could come and charge the car at the dealership any time. That promise mattered a lot, because back when we bought the car there were hardly any charging stations around, and our apartment has nowhere to charge. But when we came to charge, they had turned off the charger every time we coma and one time. When we brought up the promise, they said they never said that and that no such deal existed. Be careful and get any promises in writing here.

Kayla in sales did a great job of finding a new Woodland Toyota rav4 for us — a very hard task given their popularity! We appreciate her professionalism and great work ethic. Really stayed on top of communications, etc. We highly recommend her!

Manager team makes totally differential when we’re talking about Maguire even spending over $2000 with maintenance, new tires and battery. The car came without a simple shower. I’m saying that because the Maguire Chevy with a simple oil change and tires rotation deliver your car totally clean and washed. This is a simple detail that makes a lot of difference.
